Northground Strategic LLC ("NorthGround Strategic," "we," "us") is a business transformation firm based in Miami, Florida. This policy explains what personal information we collect through northgroundstrategic.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the emails and calls that start here.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in our inquiry form, book a conversation call or email us, we collect what you choose to share: your name, email address, company name, phone number and the details of your message or business situation.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our website platform records standard technical information such as your browser type, device, approximate location (city or country), the pages you view and how you arrived. This is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send through the website, confidential financial records, passwords or payment card details. If an engagement requires sensitive business information, we agree how to handle it separately, usually under a confidentiality agreement.
If you download one of our free tools, we collect your name and email, and optionally your company and revenue range. We use them to send you the tools and follow up once. We send occasional tips only if you tick the box, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Data Sharing
• Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
• Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.
Messaging Program Terms and Conditions
1. The messaging program consists of general customer care messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers. Messages will be sent from (877) 647-7284.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at contact@northgroundstrategic.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

How we use your information
We use the information you share to:
reply to your inquiry and schedule the conversation you request;
understand your business situation and prepare for our discussion;
send follow-up information you asked for, such as a proposal;

understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising by third parties. We only send you marketing emails if you ask to receive them, and you can stop them at any time.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, and only as needed for that purpose:
Squarespace, which hosts this website, its forms and its visitor analytics;
Acuity Scheduling (part of Squarespace), which manages appointment booking;
Google Workspace, which provides our email and business documents.
These providers handle your information under their own privacy policies and security standards. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our legal rights, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies, small files stored in your browser, to keep it working and to measure visits. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies in the banner shown on your first visit, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Some parts of the site may not work properly without them.
Our site does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, because there is no common standard for them.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and booking information for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the length of our relationship and the period required for tax, legal and accounting records. Inquiries that don't lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months.
How we protect it
We use reputable providers, encrypted (HTTPS) connections, two-step verification on our accounts, and access limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and executives. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
tell you what personal information we hold about you;
correct information that is wrong;
delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal or accounting reasons;
stop sending you any emails other than replies to your own messages.
To make a request, email us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, including California and the European Union, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.
